I'm engaged and having problems

I am engaged and got a baby on the way, however my partner was receiving naked pictures and dirty messages off another woman the other night when i was at work. He tried to hide these from me, when i found them i went mad at him and wanted him to leave. However when it came to it i couldnt let him go. I didnt wanna do the whole 'being a mum' thing by myself. when his ex fell pregnant he got scared and panicked and started chatting up other girls but never met them. I dunno if he is the doing it again because he is scared or unhappy with the relationship. i cant talk to him about this coz he will make me feel bad or guilty and i will forgive him. ever since this happened i cant help but think about it all the time. What does people think i should do? please give me your advice

Honestly, This is a decision only you can make. It really depends on how bad you want him in your life. Do you want to keep him around bad enough to let him continue doing this? I don't know, maybe he wont do it again? Just talk to him...tell him your hurt...has he done anything like this before to you?
