23 and newly married

(Sorry for the long post) Well 2 yeaars ago I got married...and as I started to expect more I find my self disappointed. His mom use to be very controlling over our relationship....and we have been together since I was 14....but recently she calmed down but now she keeps young boys and girls around our age(20-30) at her house 24/7 and since 2012 thats been my husbands new hang out spot...which is quite strange. When he goes to work most times he stops over there to drink and hang out after....or on a sunny day thats where he also is and by the time he gets home he is drunk and tired. Recently he loss his job and is now receiving unemployment.....and while this was our main argument while he was working its the same thing now! He tells me he going to the store and he ends up over his mom house with his friends for six hours or more and when he gets home he is drunk and im upset...Or if he going to an job orientation he will end up over his mom house with his friends after drinking etc.. I thought he was cheating but I can always reach him and if not I can always call his mom phone and find out that he is there.....I have had many talks with him showing how it makes me feel and heard the apologies...but today was the last draw ....he tells me he is going to a job orientation while im talking to him via messenger. ?..it shows he is not at the orientation....I ask him is he sure he is there....he answers yes ....I explain what the app showed me...he saids its wrong he has proof he is at the orientation....I say okay and leave it alone....a couple hours later the orientation is over and he ask me what do I want to eat today...I tell him and its not near our house so he ask his mother to take him if she is close.....I told him nevermind because I knew where this was going...but he came to the house got the money and left .....a hour passes and I call he doesnt answer...so I call his mom she told me she dropped him off at her house because she had to go pick up a friend then she would take him....I call him back from another number and he answers and flat out lies to me....he told me they caught a flat and he would be home soon he sweared ! I was so hurt that he could just point blank lie....and it made me think how many times has he done this before! Well I told him I spoke to his mom and I asked him why he lied .....after pausing for a minute he said he didnt want me to be mad....I just said im hurt and hung up. What should I do to fix this or is it looking over?
