What should I do? How to get him back?

I'm so bad at playing it cool with lads. How do you not get so needy? When I start speaking to lads I always put them off after a while. I start off not texting them much then when I get attached I can't stop thinking about them. So recently I've been off on speaking to a lad. It started at Christmas. Then started again recentlly, and the past 3 weeks we have been talking most days and are supposed to be meeting up when his exams are over. I'm 19 and he's 18. But recently it has been me making most the conversation. But I like him and want to meet up with him soon. How should I play it cool so I get him back? Thanks

If you were on his radar, you wouldn't need to do a thing for him to come back. In fact, he wouldn't have gone anywhere, rather, he would have constantly been in your face. But, if you want to meet up with him soon, and you really like him, then just do it. Most guys appreciate a woman who is emotionally mature and a woman who creates experiences with them rather than a woman who just uses words.

If you want to play the game, don't call him. He will be forced to call you back after he sees that you are not calling him as you usually do. If you don't want to play games and want a mature individual then I would talk to him and find out his take on sharing communication. The term "needy". People call others this when they want to feel superior to them. Its a degrading term. Its meant to make you feel ashamed that you want so much of their company and time. So you call him a lot. Because you like him. Because you enjoy his conversation. If he has a problem with that then he needs to say so. So ask him. Are your phone calls disrupting him during certain points of the day? Maybe he has just become accustomed to you calling and doesn't even realize that you need him to initiate conversation some times. So let him know.
