Told this girl my mate fancies her

This girl wanted to know why george keeps asking about her and i teasingly said 'i dont know, maybe he fancies you' the girl then laughed and went red before changing the subject...what dos this reaction mean?

Well in the past, she has pestered me to bring him down stairs for a drink, when he sneaks off upstairs, she smirks and chases upstairs to find him...she is very touchy feely with him like find excuses to touch him like asking to do his hair or toy fight etc...in front of her mates, she is distant from him and calls him...another occasion when she says bye, she will go but quickly turn her head around for his reaction and looks dissapointed when he dos not respond...plus more.
