Malaysian flight MH17 downed over Ukraine - what next?

Shocking news about the Malaysian airliner shot down over the Ukraine today. I feel so sorry for the family and friends of the passengers and crew. Unfortunate circumstances for the airline too who now have two incidents to deal with in a short space of time (MH370 disappearance was only March 2014). Would be interesting to hear views on this matter. What do you think is going to come of this?

Hi there! Did you see the President's speech on it? Maybe lasted only a few moments then went on about his business. 23 Americans died and he doesn't seem to care.
