Is this revenge petty?

So I got dumped via text a few months ago, but I was fine, until I recently found out that he lied to me about his reasons for it, and I've been really hurting. I keep fantasizing about getting revenge, but I hate doing mean things, so I've been thinking of sending him a glitter bomb in the mail so that he gets glitter everywhere. It's not hurtful so much as it is annoying, but I worry that it's too petty, and not the direction I want to take my life. But still, the idea of doing something, even as small as this, puts a smile on my face.

Hello Lindywindy, Sorry to hear about your breakup. I would like to say all instances of revenge or vengeance itself is mostly always petty. The glitter bomb is cute and a humorous and harmless way to get back at him, but unfortunately solves nothing. If you really want to get back at him, show him that you're a strong and independent woman. Show him that you're stronger than he thinks, and grab life by its deviled horn.

Don't waste another second on this guy, good ridden to bad rubbish!!! as the saying goes "The Best Revenge Is Living Well"
