Not married

My boyfriend and I have been dating and living together for 9 years with 5 year old twins. We have known each other for just over 15 years. He talk about getting marrIed all the time but still no engagement. Recently his little sister got engaged and my youngest sister will be engaged soon as well. It's just been very frustrating watching everyone else get engaged. I know he loves me I just feel stuck.

If you want to marry him so bad, why don't YOU ask him?
