Relationship problems

My boyfriend and I been together for almost 3 years and we have a 18 month old son together and I feel like we are falling apart. We always arguing for any little reason and it got to the point where we put hands on each other and idk what to do anymore. we barely communicate and barely have sex and I feel like he doesn't love me because when he is mad he says he hates me. most of the time he tries to blame everything on me and tells me u lucky I allow u to be a stay at home mom but if hes gonna throw it on my face I rather get a job but am so lost. idk whats the first step I live with him and not many options please give me some opinions thank you

I would seriously suggest counseling, and if he doesn't give into it, look at a safer place for my kid to be in, a job , and daycare. This sounds like an Eminem video where there is a love/hate relationship. Down the road, things could get harder, if you don't get out your feelings assertively and honestly.
