My stupid decision!

About a year ago I was going through a tough financial period of my life and had a very well off friend so I decided to take a picture of her credit card and ended up purchasing pizza a few times and I believe something else from a website.. I ended up spending roughly around $140 she ended up finding out and I paid her back in full the next day explaining I made a huge mistake and I was sorry. We made up and were friends again after that. About a moth ago we got in a huge fight and she brought up the situation saying she was going to call the police and get me arrested for credit card theft. My question is, Can she do that? Can I still get in trouble even though I paid her back? I'm fully aware of my mistake I am just looking for some advice

Do you have any record of you paying her back in full, or do you have someone who can confirm you paid her? If not, then she could lie and say you didn't pay her, or she can claim that she needs more money/compensation because of what you did. In cases like this, it would come down to who is believed more or who has more evidence to back up their story. Also, why did she bring up the situation? I mean, I hope she is not trying to blackmail you in order to get her way. This issue should have already been resolved. If it is not, then you need to make sure it is. If it doesn't get resolved, then she will keep holding it over your head. If she keeps bringing it up and acting like it isn't resolved then I would be cautious about talking with her in the future.
