My life is a mess...

Hello everyone, I'm new here and i just wanted to tell someone my problems and maybe get some friendly advice. It's the worst period of my life...i feel like i'm going nowhere...can't get one thing right...can't find a job..no money ( actually that's not true..i do have 5 euro left)..i'm far from home with no friends at all and no one to talk to. And anyway nowadays everyone is more interested in their own problems with no time to listen or help others. I have no hope for the future...seems like i'm in this deep hole and i just can't get out. I was in a relationship until recently but that also ended because of my money problems...he didn't want to help me get back on my feet.Given he was the closest person i had to me i ask to borrow me some money and once i get a job i'll pay him back...and after that he realised that " we are not right for each other because of different characters" And the fact it ended it's actually a good thing...if someone won't stand by me at my lowest i don't need them when i'm ok. And it's not that i was actually expecting money for free...just to have for food until i get a job and then give it back. I apply daily for jobs but no calls back...just sitting home alone waiting for tomorrow to be different than today. This ugly period put me in a dark place..i'm depressed..i don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. Feels like i hit rock bottom and just can't get up.

Hi there LONELYSOUL. First off, I'm sorry to hear about all the crappy stuff that you've had to endure thus far. I can't say that I understand how it makes you feel, but you do say you're depressed, so I'll go off that. Try to keep yourself a little physically active each day, even with just a 15 or so minute walk and try to make it a regular scheduled thing if possible. This helps to add a little extra discipline and the exercise will actually release endorphins' that'll help make you feel better or at least give you a little break. Good for you that you've no longer got that relationship to worry about. They can add more stress than they take off a lot of the time and you don't need to be making that sacrifice for someone who won't be there for you, just you said. If you're looking to try and get into another relationship soon, I'd advise against it and instead focus more on making yourself happier and less riddled with problems first. As for the job hunting, have you been trying different methods or sites to look for look jobs? Different types of advertisers are more likely to use only certain types of sites. For example where I am, there's one site that attracts larger companies and company chains, whereas another website attracts mostly smaller companies and businesses. So it can help to look for jobs on multiple websites. Another thing that may help is have some people look over your resume to see how it sounds and if there are any errors, such as typos etc. Also, make sure you're applying for jobs that are suited to you. Don't apply for Manager positions in the Sales industry 500 miles away when you've only worked entry-level jobs in a different industry. Anyway, I hope I helped... If you need to talk or want more advice, just message me.
