Christmas presents for ex children

I brought Christmas presents for my exs children before he broke up with me a month ago. He is no longer talking to me but when he was he said he had Christmas presents for my children too. I haven't sent the presents to him yet because everyone is telling me not to because he broke up with me and it will kinda be like playing mind games trying to get him to talk to me. I still want to send them because I brought them for them and its not the kids fault we broke up but I dont want my children hurt if he doesn't send my children's gifts that he said he had. Should I send them ?

Go ahead and send them. As you said, it is for the children not him. Don't let your kids know that he got them presents, that way if he doesn't send the presents then won't be upset.

Yes, AKA is correct, it's the done thing to send the gifts you bought for the kids regardless of the circumstances. It has nothing to do with any of the kids involved why you guys are no longer together. Mind games don't come into it when you're doing the right thing for all concerned.
