Cannot sleep due to potential AC hazards

I have a 2nd hand split AC which I purchased last year. That AC model is 13-14 years old. Since last 2-2.5 weeks, I am facing dangers from my AC. Even my AC technician (from whom I purchased this AC) is not doing much to help me. I cannot sleep at night properly due to being aware of potential threat. I know if I sleep, I won't be aware of danger and face some big danger. On May 30, I noticed a big spark on the wires of my AC but it went away once I switched off the voltage stabilizer. Next day my AC technician arrived and fixed the wire with tape. On June 9, when I switched on my AC, it tripped both my stabilizer MCB and main circuit MCB after some seconds. I tried switching on my AC 3 times and it tripped MCB all the time. Next day, AC technician came again and did lots of troubleshoots. He found out that the main reason is damaged wire. He again fixed that wire with a tape and suggested us to change wires soon. On June 13, again my AC tripped MCB. I called my AC technician and he said it is due to high voltage but he never said the reason behind it. Next day he changed the wire. Yesterday, I noticed spark in the wire, so I switched off the stabilizer switched. It ceased after that. Then again I switched on my AC but it switched stabilizer MCB only and not the main circuit MCB. It happened 2 times in a row. After that I am no longer experiencing it. I am not able to find out the root cause. AC technician cannot say much. I am afraid of bad incident. It will keep me awake throughout the night.

Whom do I consult for my problem? My AC technician isn't giving me answers.

Hey Jetae, Maybe you should hire a different technician who knows about air conditioning units. I'm sure you can find someone like that through Google. Just type in your location along with 'HVAC company' or 'HVAC technician', and you’ll find companies near you. Getting a second opinion would definitely help here.

Agree. Anything electrical should definitely be left to the professional experts.
