Accusations and broken family tie

KASSANDRAGALAXY - Jul 24 2025 at 05:50
Hello everyone, its been a long time since I last posted on here and I am looking for advice on how to go about something crazy. I will be using tags for names of people involved to ensure anonymity.
The players:
D = Dad
M = Me
G = Grandfather
B = Boyfriend
AA = Mean Aunt
So for some probably much needed context, G gets a Social security check and a Veteran's check every month. One of them is on the first of the month, the other on the third. If the first falls on a weekend or holiday, he will get one or both checks on the Friday before. Both checks remained in G's account, before incident totaling almost 5K. G was hospitalized briefly starting on the fourth of this month after suffering a fall and then experiencing a near death brush with pneumonia. (Side note, he is doing better now.) AA came to town from Kansas City around the second of this month. Since I am also temporarily unable to work do to sciatica in my legs, G also sends me money through Paypal to help me out a little bit and take some strain off of B.
The story begins on the fifteenth of this month. D has access to G's online banking account and checked it to ensure the money for the G's phone bill was taken out. He noticed a bunch of transactions totaling to almost 300 dollars on G's account though Cash App. D called M and here is how the conversation went:
D:
Hi Kassandra,
It looks like your post got cut off when you tried to post it. Would you be able to retype the rest of your post?
This has apparemtly happened to other people recently, you aren't the only one.
(Bal, it's always happened. It's not us.)
