I locked my sister in her room , now its my turn advice please ?

Yesterday i had a massive row with my older sister, out of anger i locked her in her room, i only meant to keep her there for an hour or so, then my phone went and i got distracted went out with friends and forgot about my sister, a few hours later my parents came home and found my sister locked up, she missed going out with her boyfriend, my parents went made now they say they are going to give me a taste of my own medicine, they are going to LOCK ME in my room for the entire weekend as a punishment, i will lose my phone pc tv etc i will be expected to study and will be given schoolwork to do, i never meant for my sister to spend so long locked in her room , i have said sorry but my parents said the punishment stands advice please ?
