Is it normal for a man to have this intense of an orgasm?

So I just had sex with my new guy for the 3rd time and every time before he has done the normal guy things when he orgasms. (Heavy breathing, grunting, pleased facial expression) But last night, I suggested finishing him orally. When he came, his breathing was really intensely shaky and he was practically seizing. His face and body flushed red and he started making a really pained face like he was going to cry and started running his hands over his own body and covering his face and tensing up. This lasted just under 30 seconds. I asked him if he was okay and he said "Yeah...fine." When he was finally able to talk more, he told me that he had an amazing orgasm and that was what the reaction was. I've had a few previous partners and have never experienced anything like this and actually felt very concerned. Is this something that really happens? He is my first uncircumcised partner, do men with foreskin just experience orgasm differently? Did I do something wrong and he's just saying this to spare my feelings, or did I just do a really great job? Any insight would be helpful.

By the way you describe it, you did an amazing job! He may be more expressive in bed than the other guys you have dated. I can't answer any of the questions you asked, but by the sounds of it, I wouldn't worry.

my boyfriend is uncircumsized, (my first too), and he shakes when I'm giving him oral and he orgasims. Sounds about normal to me.
