How to convince my parents?

we are in love for past 5 years. now me and him are at 26 & 27 and settled with good jobs. but when we decided for our marriage our parents are not giving us permission. we are trying to convince them for past 1 and half years, but still now they are not convinced and started searching groom for me in my caste. but i cant even imagine a life without him. still i cant leave my parents too. i dont know how to convince my parents. their main problem is horoscope. our horoscopes didnt match so my parents are not willing to get married to him. really am dpressed. he is also trying to convince my parents but they are stubborn. i wanna marry him with the blessings of both of our parents. we dont want to hurt them by getting register marriage. please some body help me how to convince my parents.

Sit down with your parents and ask them why they don't understand that you love this man and want to be with him. And as parents they should be respectful of your choices in life.
