I don't know what to do

Im 19 years old and theres this girl thats been in love with me since i was 9 years old and ive felt the same all along. Everytime i see her looking at me i see this spark in her eyes and shes always smiling, playing with her hair and trying to get my attention. I just cant speak to her literally everytime shes near my heart begins to pump so fast it literally feels like its going to jump out my chest, my legs turn into jelly and im blushing so much i look like a strawberry my speech becomes slurred whenever we talk and i feel like im about to collapse. Ive always been the shy good looking guy that girls

Oooops didnt finish it off carrying on: Would flirt with but i was always stayed away from other girls because shes the only one i see myself with. The best part of my day if im lucky enough is to just catch a glimpse of her. I dont know what to do i cant talk to her but i cant stand not to.

Ask her out....if you KNOW 100% she feels the same , what are you waiting for? I know you're shy but think of it this way....EVERYTHING you do in life is a risk....it can go bad , good or really awful ... but if you don't make that step you'll never get the chance to have something special with her...she won't wait around forever trust me as you both get older you'll drift away in to other directions because life changes over the years...people move away...work commitments elsewhere etc etc.......you could just start by talking about usual stuff and see what you both like etc....build up a friendship first?

Have fun but be careful. Listen - TRUST me - it's *very* clear that you don't know what love is. For real kid, you *really* *don't.* The things you're talking about are LUST. NOT love. You're talking about a physical attraction. That's normal in 19-year-olds. But see it for what it really is. Odds are, you're NOT going to marry this person. And if you do, the odds are VERY high that it's going to end in divorce. Very likely with her screaming at you at the top of her lungs, "I WISH I'D NEVER *MET* you!!!!!" Or the other way around.

And by the way, *all* you've said, in *REAL* world terms, is: "She flirts with me, and when she does that I get physically aroused."
