I am addicted to Facebook and this website!!!

I find myself on Facebook and here at night while my husband is sleeping instead of talking to him my partner I'm here speaking with other guys and gals that have emotional issues as well I mean is that wrong of me to not speak to him and wait til he's asleep to air out our laundry? I wouldn't like him to do it to me but who cares I guess whats your input?
