Where to go from here

Okay so there is a women from work that i have been close to these last few months, when i first met her she was in a relationship with a man for 2 years, however,once we started getting closer and speaking more and more she decided to call a break between them which then caused their break up. From the start I have said that i just want her to be happy. She has been through a lot lately and i have been there all the way. Last week she told me that she loved me, of course i told her the same, however she has said that she still feels something for her ex, which is not helped with her mother trying to get them back together because they were close . I really do care for this woman and she and her friends know that. She has told a few people how she feels about me, but i am just wondering whether i should continue this with her, we talk everyday, but because of how things are she cannot go out anywhere just me and her, im only 19 by the way, she is 20,
