I am struggling in my life

I married to girl who does not have zeal for work/career and prefer to be housewife. She is science graduate only from normal college. I married her without thinking of future consequences and under parent’s pressure. I am surviving in metro city, working in IT firm with salary of 60000 per month and we have 16 months old kid. Salary hike is 7-10% per year which is also not sure. My parents are old and mostly dependent on me in terms of their health and finances as I am the only son in my family. I am 30 years old and we (me, my wife and our kid) are staying on rent. I feel low compared to other colleagues as most of their wife are working and due to this reason with also my financial weakness I do not feel much confident when I meet with any of friend /colleague. Most of them ask same question whether your wife is working or not My responsibilities are increasing every year as my kid is growing and my parents are becoming old It seems to me that I will be struggling for rest of my life. Please help suggest Please suggest !!
